Affiliate terms

These are the rules of the TickAhead affiliate program. Joining, or using a TickAhead referral link, means you agree to them. We keep it simple, and we hold affiliates to the same honesty we hold ourselves.

Who can join

Anyone we approve. You get a personal referral link — tickahead.com/r/<your-code> — to share. We may decline or remove anyone, at our discretion, and there's no cost to join.

Commission

• You earn a commission on the subscription payment of each new customer who subscribes through your link. Your rate is the one we agree with you when you join (our standard is 20%).
• The price is identical whether or not a buyer uses your link — referrals never cost the customer anything extra.
• Commission is earned on a customer's first paid subscription. Any commission on renewals applies only if we've agreed it with you in writing.
• Commissions on payments that are later refunded, charged back, or fraudulent are reversed.

Attribution

A referral is credited when a buyer reaches checkout with your link's code attached and completes payment. If a customer arrives through more than one affiliate, the most recent link before purchase is the one credited. We use Stripe's records as the source of truth.

Payouts

• Payouts are made once your owed balance clears a small minimum, on a regular cadence we'll confirm with you, after any refund window has passed.
• You're responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We may need basic details from you to pay you.

How you may promote TickAhead

This is the part that matters most to us. You must:

• Disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and wherever you share a link — as the law (e.g. the FTC) requires.
• Be honest. Only describe what TickAhead actually does. No made-up features, screenshots, or results.
• Make no income, profit, or performance promises — not "guaranteed returns," not "this bot will make you money," nothing of the kind. TickAhead is a tool for building and testing your own strategies; it is not financial advice and sells no signals, and you may not imply otherwise. Trading carries risk of loss and you must not hide that.

You must not:

• Spam — no unsolicited bulk email/DMs, and nothing that breaks the rules of any platform you post on.
• Bid on "TickAhead" or confusable terms in paid search, impersonate TickAhead, or use our brand in a way that suggests you are us.
• Self-refer (buy through your own link) or generate fake referrals — these are void and are grounds for removal.
• Offer unauthorised cash rebates or coupons, or promote TickAhead somewhere unlawful.

Ending the arrangement

Either of us can end this at any time. If we remove you for breaking the honesty rules above (false claims, guarantees, spam, or fraud), we may withhold unpaid commissions tied to that conduct. Legitimately earned commissions already owed to you remain payable.
